Welcome to the Baskin Robbins Sundae School! Sundaes and ice creams have been bringing us happyness for generations. We’re here with some fun ideas for our favourite dessert. Ice creams are very easy to mix with other ingredients due to their texture and range of flavours. It’s your turn to become a MasterChef with these super easy DIY ice cream desserts. Tiramisu Waffles

 

1. Tiramisu Ice Cream Cake
Bring happy relief to the table on a hot day. For all you coffee lovers out there, this treat is simply perfection.

For this dessert you will need –
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/4th cup espresso powder
• 1/3rd cup freshly brewed espresso
• Vanilla sponge cake
• 4 scoops of Baskin Robbins Coffee ice cream
• Vanilla extract

Directions
1. Stir the sugar and brewed espresso till the sugar is dissolved and set aside
2. Cut the sponge cake, horizontally in half, making two layers.
3. Spread a layer of the Baskin Robbins Coffee ice cream evenly on the bottom layer and sift 2 tablespoons of the espresso powder on top
4. Add the next layer of cake and spread the ice cream in a way that it makes decorative swirls. Sift generous amounts of espresso on top.
5. Freeze until firm. It can be wrapped in plastic and stored in the freezer up to 3 days. Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.

Mississippi Mud Pie Mania

 

2. Mississippi Mud Pie Mania
Are you prepared to unleash this frozen chocolate mud pie on your taste buds? Cave in to those cravings in one Mississippi, two Mississippi —just kidding, we can’t wait either!

For this dessert you will need –
• 2 cups of Oreo crumbs
• 1 teaspoon of sugar (optional)
• ¼ cup of butter (melted)
• 2 tubs of Baskin Robbins Mississippi Mud ice cream
• ¼ cup of chocolate syrup
• Oreo biscuits as topping (optional)

Directions
1. In a bowl, combine Oreo crumbs and sugar.
2. Stir in the butter. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-in. pie plate.
3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Spoon 1 tub of ice cream into crust.
4. Drizzle with half of the chocolate syrup.
5. Carefully top with remaining ice cream.
6. Drizzle with remaining syrup.
7. Cover and freeze until firm.
8. Remove from the freezer 10-15 minutes before serving.
9. Garnish with whole cookies if desired.
